Friday Muffins - Cardamom and Oatmeal

It's saturday I know, but I forgot to post about these yesterday. These are the best so far, both in taste and shape. It's a standard muffin recipie but with a filling added. A filling consisting of butter, sugar, oatmeal and crushed cardamom, yum! We love these and will keep the recipie for sure.
